Immortelle flowers are used as a choleretic, anti-inflammatory, blood-purifying and antispasmodic agent remedies for diseases of the liver and gallbladder, helminthiases, atherosclerosis and diabetes.

Composition of herbal tea:
Green tea, immortelle flowers.
Characteristic:
Immortelle contains essential oils, stearins, flavonoids, tannins and dyes, resins and bitterness. The plant is also rich in vitamins. So, it contains carotene (provitamin A) and ascorbic acid, vitamin K. Immortelle also contains trace elements and mineral salts.
Useful properties of immortelle:
Immortelle has choleretic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, diuretic, hemostatic, weak sedative properties.
Immortelle flowers improve bile secretion, increase bile secretion and change its chemical composition, increasing the content of cholates, reduce the level of bilirubin and cholesterol in the blood, have an antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the intestine, gallbladder, biliary tract, and blood vessels. This is due to the presence of flavonoid compounds in the plant. In patients, pain, dyspepsia disappear and the general condition improves. Immortelle is used to wash out sand and small stones (up to 2 mm in diameter) in chronic calculous cholecystitis.
Immortelle activates the secretory ability of the pancreas, stimulates the secretion of gastric juice, improves the metabolic functions of the liver, increases diuresis, and has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. It is also used as a mild sedative and as a remedy that improves metabolism in atherosclerosis.
Infusion of immortelle is used as a hemostatic agent for hyperpolymenorrhea, uterine bleeding associated with ovarian dysfunction, and uterine fibroids with hemorrhagic syndrome.
Immortelle flowers are recommended:
